Alf-G'ran comes from a family with deep fishing roots. He holds a bachelor's degree in teaching and a degree in seafood marketing and economics. In 2008, he became CEO of Kvar'y Fiskeoppdrett, leading the company's growth and expansion. Since then, he has founded multiple seafood-related businesses, including ventures in brown crab, white fish, and salmon processing. He also serves on the board of several companies in the seafood and technology sectors. In 2020, he launched the Kvar'y Arctic brand in the U.S., successfully positioning it as a leading name in the premium seafood market. Under his leadership, the brand has introduced innovative salmon products for the retail industry. With over a decade of collaboration with BioMar, he has played a key role in advancing feed and farming innovation to drive sustainability in aquaculture.
