Emily is a Fisheries Policy Advisor at The Nature Conservancy, supporting global fisheries and aquaculture programs. Her work involves engagement with governments and multilateral organisations, particularly on the topics of on-the-water monitoring of industrial fisheries, improving coastal fisheries management and growth of a restorative aquaculture sector. Emily has particular experience working on fisheries reforms in Europe and Japan, and more recently engagement with Regional Fisheries Management Organisations. She comes from a science background, with a Masters in satellite remote sensing.
