Jos' Antonio Camposano serves as the Executive President of the Ecuadorian National Aquaculture Chamber (CNA), a leading organization representing Ecuador's shrimp industry, the country's top non-oil export. Under his leadership, the industry has reached significant milestones, with exports nearing $7.3 billion and providing jobs for around 300,000 people. In recognition of his contributions to the seafood sector, Jos' Antonio was named one of the "100 Most Influential Seafood Executives" by IntraFish in 2014 and was included in the "40 Under 40" list of top young seafood leaders in 2015. Recently, he was named one of the top 30 most influential leaders in the global aquaculture industry by IntraFish en 2024. Jos' Antonio is also a member of the Advisory Board of the Sustainable Shrimp Partnership (SSP), an initiative focused on promoting sustainable practices in shrimp farming.
