Mr. Rehmann established Victory Farms in 2015 to address the acute and massive food security gap in Africa. Victory is building the world's first truly regenerative aquaculture platform, serving the needs of billions of African consumers whilst delivering climate and biodiversity positive outcomes for the planet. Victory is developing and deploying the most advanced technology and data management in tilapia to create a vertically-integrated platform, from genetics and feed milling, to production, to cold chain and retail. With over 1,000 employees today, the Financial Times ranked Victory as the 15th fastest growing business in Africa in 2023. Prior to Victory, he worked with Microsoft and D.A. Davidson in Seattle, both in a corporate finance capacity. He holds an undergraduate from Notre Dame and an MBA from INSEAD.
