Matt founded Spheric Research in 2017 to develop original insights and data for innovative food production systems including the seafood industry. The Land-based Salmon Handbook, published in 2020, is the first data-driven report on this emerging industry. Spheric Research provides global consultancy services. Matt has worked with most of the Big 4 accounting and management consulting firms on these topics. Matt holds a joint MBA from Cornell University and Queen's University in Canada.
