Ola Kvalheim is the Founder and CEO of Ode; Norway’s only fully integrated cod farming company and one of Europe’s fastest growing corporations. Since launching in 2019, Ode has experienced rapid growth and is targeting more than NOK 1,5 billion in revenue by 2026. Today the company is supplying premium pre-rigor and live-chilled cod products to several of Europe’s leading retail chains, from the western coast of Norway.
Kvalheim previously worked as Investment Manager at the private equity firm FSN Capital and an M&A Advisor at Goldman Sachs in London and New York. He holds degrees from the London School of Economics and IE Business School in Madrid.
