As President of Growth and Commercial Excellence within ADM’s Animal Nutrition business, he leads the strategic alignment of the business across key segments, customized solutions, and mission-critical services.
Guided by three core pillars—performance, health and welfare, and sustainability—Pierre-Joseph is dedicated to advancing next-generation feed solutions that transform the animal nutrition industry. His leadership is marked by a strong commitment to fostering innovation and creating value for customers.
Pierre-Joseph holds a Master of Science in Mathematics from École Centrale Paris and Oxford University, as well as an MBA from INSEAD.
