S'bastien Metz is Market Development Manager for Prism, a joint venture between Wholechain and the Global Seafood Alliance. Trained as a fisheries economist and a fisheries biologist, he has spent the last 25 years working in the seafood industry for various public research centres, quasi-governmental organisations and consultancies. He has collaborated with the Global Dialogue on Seafood Traceability and is involved in several digital traceability projects besides his current role with Prism.
