Shai is a molecular biologist with over 18 years of experience in biotechnology, including a decade in leadership roles within Israel's biotech industry. As the CEO and co-founder of ViAqua, Shai has spearheaded the development of the company's oral RNA delivery platform technology and intellectual property. His expertise spans molecular biology, biotechnology innovation, and project management. Previously, Shai managed R&D projects at Protalix Biotherapeutics and TransAlgae. He holds a Ph.D. in Biotechnology from Tel Aviv University and completed postdoctoral research at the Weizmann Institute of Science.
