British born Steve has lived and worked around the world and is now lucky enough to reside in Bergen, Norway, the global capital of aquaculture. With experience in financial corporates like S&P and start-ups such as itslearning, Steve has a track record of growing complex businesses as well as guiding and motivating organizations through significant periods of change. Steve is married with two grown children and enjoys hiking, running and cycling in the Norwegian mountains.
