Simon Wadsworth
Dr Simon Wadsworth is an experienced director with over 35 years in fish nutrition, feed operations and aquaculture farming. He is currently the Global R&D Director of BioMar Group, a Danish global feed company that produces aquaculture feeds for 45 different fish and shrimp species for more than 90 countries. Simon started his career in Marine Harvest in production development and worked for Cermaq before transitioning to aquafeed, first with EWOS and now with BioMar where he leads the research and development department. He holds a Master of Science in applied fish biology and a Ph.D. in immunology and parasitology. Simon is passionate about the evolution of sustainable aquafeeds whilst maintaining performance, robustness as well as welfare within this highly dynamic environment.
