Vincent Erenst is a seasoned aquaculture executive with more than 35 years of international experience in the seafood and aquaculture sector. As CEO of The Kingfish Company, he is focused on leading the company through a period of operational scaling, commercial development, and strategic positioning as a pioneer in sustainable, land-based yellowtail kingfish (RAS) production.
Prior to joining The Kingfish Company, Erenst held senior leadership roles across major global aquaculture businesses, including COO positions at Barramundi Group and Avramar, as well as Managing Director of Mowi Canada West.
