Breaking the Mold: Redefining Inclusive, High-Performance Cultures in Blue Foods

Open to all female delegates, the Women's Breakfast Briefing on Day 2 will again be uniting women across aquaculture to reimagine workplace culture. This year, we move beyond awareness and celebration to explore the shared role in shaping environments that amplify women’s voices and champion high performance.

Through a series of focused, high‑level roundtables, expert hosts from BioMar, Murray Cod Australlia, Aqua Spark, Intrafish, and Mowi - will explore how to co‑design inclusive systems that foster community, meaningful dialogue, and the kind of collaboration that unlocks real productivity and social innovation.

With open dialogue and shared insights, we’ll identify practical pathways to embed equality, compassion, and cultural evolution across the sector. This year’s breakfast creates space for women to come together and consider what a more human, equitable, and emotionally open aquaculture industry should look like.

Date: Thursday 28th March
Time: 07:30 - 09:00
Where: Hilton London Bankside

*Please note that the breakfast will officially conclude at 8:45am to allow a prompt start to the World Agri-Tech Innovation Summit at 9:00am. However, guests are welcome to continue informal conversations beyond this time.

Reflections and What's Next

Ahead of this year's summit, Katherine Bryar, Independent Seafood Professional, and Maria Velkova, Chief Portfolio Officer at Aqua-Spark come together for an honest conversation on last year’s session - what resonated, why these spaces matter, and what lies ahead.
